With over 30 years of building experience and 25 years as a property consultant, Chris Dyce is one of Australia’s most respected and experienced building consultants. His career spans the full spectrum of the property industry, from hands-on construction to expert consulting and industry leadership.

Chris is a licensed builder in NSW and QLD, an accredited Timber Pest Consultant, and a former President of the Australian Society of Building Consultants. Throughout his career, he has been a passionate advocate for higher standards, integrity, and consumer protection in the building inspection industry.
